Returns & Refunds:

Merchandise that is damaged after purchase, worn or washed is non-refundable. Merchandise that is faulty on delivery should be returned via post and then a refunded will be issued – contact us to arrange a return if this happens to be the case. Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice.

Shipping:

We ship Australia wide at a flat rate of $3 per order. Orders to the United States of America are charged at a flat rate of $10 per order. All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Sizing:

Confused on what size to order? Size 000 suits up to 3 months (6kg), Size 00 up to 6 months (8kg) & a Size 0 suits up to 9 months (10kg). Contact us if you have any questions regarding sizes and we'll do our best to help you out!

PayPal handles all of our transactions.
